Karachi violence claims three lives

At least three people were killed in different incident of violence across Karachi on Wednesday.

One trader was killed and another was injured in Karachi’s wholesale vegetable market (Sabzi Mandi) when unknown motorcycle-riding gunmen opened fire on them. A representative of the vegetable market trader said that the market was shut down against the incident.

A body was then found in the city's Kharadar area. The victim had been tortured after being abducted and was then shot to death, according to police sources.

The body of a woman was found in a house situated in Karachi’s Qasba colony area. The body bore marks of torture.
